Surf:

Someone new joins the server, explain how you would show them how to Surf for the first time:
First I would try to explain to them the basics of surfing(when to lean into the ramp etc.), and then invite them to either spectate me or watch a video demonstration so they can see it in action. Then I would answer any remaining questions they had about how to surf.
Explain what you would do if someone was Text/Mic Spamming:
Warn them to stop followed by a mute/gag.
Explain how you would deal with someone using an exploit on the server:
Warn them and try to get them to stop, if it continues I'd reach out to an admin+.
Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 75 words):
I have been part of the ZARP community for a while now and have maintained staff on TTT for around 9 or 10 months, I have been somewhat busy with work and because of this rarely wind up being online when there are people to play with. This has pushed me more than ever to play things like surf, bhop, and the like since they are more or less just as fun by yourself. Being staff on this server allows me to try to maintain order during times when none of the euro staff are on, which is a major benefit to the server numbers overnight.
Extra Information: (Not Required)
It seems the gametracker is bugged, I have been on around 2 hours the past 2 days and about 3 today. I plan to keep the same activity whenever possible. It is also important to mention to anyone unfamiliar, there will be periods of time here to there where I cannot be on at all because I am on orders away from a computer, I will make sure this information is always known prior.

See I haven't even ripped anything of yours, nor have I even tried, but from what I've seen on your end, you have a really stuck up and snarky attitude. Wouldn't be surprised if almost everybody found it to be annoying.

Like dont get me wrong here but you've often struggled to meet your minimum time on TTT in the past months.
We're overlooking that because we know you're busy with your life as well but does it really make sense to go for a staff position on another server when you can't even get your time on one often times?

Other than that I know that you are a capable staff member and a chill guy its just the time issue I see.

I would like to mention the reason I find it hard to get time on TTT. The problem usually isn't because I am away from my computer entirely, but I am only able to come online during times when the server is completely empty. Because of this my days of TTT are pretty much limited to complete days off which happens once or twice a week. As mentioned in the post I don't exactly need more than 1 or 2 people to have fun and do my job on surf or bhop.

I sometimes question your staffing ability for example: When in game your were shouting "jugger".
