Like dont get me wrong here but you've often struggled to meet your minimum time on TTT in the past months.
We're overlooking that because we know you're busy with your life as well but does it really make sense to go for a staff position on another server when you can't even get your time on one often times?

Other than that I know that you are a capable staff member and a chill guy its just the time issue I see.
