Explain a situation where it would be appropriate to use the ban command:
A person is being extremely homophobic and disrespecting fellow staff, I will then proceed to gag the player while warning him aswell. I wait until the folowing round to the ungag him but instantly starts shouting racist slurs and carrys on disrespecting staff, I then kick him from the server. I see that he joins back and starts micspamming telling people to leave the server. I would then ban him for 1-2 days.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for Cheating, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?

I think I should be promoted because I feel like I am trusted and have a lot of experience with rules. I know all of the rules and how to get around all commands. Sometimes I have needed help from an admin for certain commands I don't hold so I think it would really help if I could get the promotion. Adminstrator is a big role and in my eyes I think I can hold the responsibilty of being one, including the powers it holds. I've never been banned which proves that I can be trusted. Overall I have handled alot of reports and I have been on the server nearly every single day spending about 4-10 hours on it. I feel like people on know me well and see that I am a friendly person who keeps my cool all the time.

I still very rarely see you on the server so I can't really comment on your staffing. You were denied last meeting because the staff team felt like you needed more time as moderator. I will keep my eye out for you so I can judge whether you are ready for Admin.

Yeah I think not.
I've only seen you AFKing in spectator, often in cases where I needed help with the reports.

I dont think ur still ready to be an admin cuz when was theyre two of us on the server you keep going to spectator mode and not handling no reports so u need to fix that for now

You sill stay AFK in spectator, if you need to do something disconnect from the server then come back on.

I have yet to see you play active!
