Explain a situation where it would be appropriate to use the ban command:
A person is being extremely homophobic and disrespecting fellow staff, I will then proceed to gag the player while warning him aswell. I wait until the folowing round to the ungag him but instantly starts shouting racist slurs and carrys on disrespecting staff, I then kick him from the server. I see that he joins back and starts micspamming telling people to leave the server. I would then ban him for 1-2 days.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for Cheating, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?

Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 100 words):.

I think I should be promoted because I feel like I am trusted and have alot of experience with rules. I know all of the rules and how to get around all commands. Sometimes I have needed help from an admin for certain commands I don't hold so I think it would really help if I could get the promotion. Adminstrator is a big role and in my eyes I think I can hold the responsibilty of being one, including the powers it holds. I've never been banned which proves that I can be trusted. Overall I have handled alot of reports and I have been on the server nearly every single day spending about 4-10 hours on it. I feel like people on know me well and see that I am a friendly person who keeps my cool all the time.

Very nice ingame, no mistakes made so far but I don’t see you handling very many reports I will check will LT for the exact number but I think it low, a bit more experience and attend a meeting (I think). I think you might need another week just to gather some more experience with handling reports, encountering difference situations and potentially becoming more familiar with staffing. Your activity is very good, application is good as well and you're nice ingame. Remember you have to attend the meeting at least once before you can become an Administrator. I feel from what I've seen of you, you are a decent candidate for Administrator, no mistakes, good application and good mic. Just make sure to attend the meeting this week or you won't be accepted as it's mandatory to attend 1 meeting before getting Administrator.
