Explain "Random Death Match" and give an example scenario: randomy killing someone ex. i shoot xhantium because he has sex with horses

Explain "New Life Rule" and give an example scenario: staying in same district ex. everybody on the server when they die in spawn

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for RDMing him, the console log shows that player y killed player x.
immediately warn player x for framing player y by bullying him into killing him

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for breaking NLR, the kills are pretty close together in console (a few lines apart) at a peak time.
immediately warn player y for sucking at the game and allowing x to kill him twice

Why I should be chosen(we recommend around 150 words):
i believe in a revolutionary new form of administration. which is taking away all staff ranks from all current staff members and giving all current users admin. look at the success brexit is having. this system will ensure everybody has maximum amount of enjoyment on the server at all times and all rule breakers are dealt with swiftly
