I am always active on team speak and regularly attend my meetings, i haven't missed a meeting thus far.
I am active there most days a week and anyone can contact my by giving me a poke and should expect a response within 20 minutes.
On the forums i am active frequently, at least an hour everyday.
I try my hardest to claim any report abuse / appeals that i may see ( if other staff members haven't got there first) and will handle them with extreme accuracy.
I usually give my opinions and feedback on any server applications i may see along my day, and i will tell them what they can do to improve myself.
I am VERY active across the SSRP servers and i have been very active for months now. I am on everyday and am always there to help my team. I haven't dipped under the required F1's at all. I will always contact another staff member or LT when ever i need to, even if they aren't on server.
I have been a very dedicated player and have been active daily, i am always claiming F1's and especially when ever the F1's are pilling up i will hop on them and tell other staff members to join in.
Explain a situation as an administrator you encountered that was an obstacle that required the help of a lead team member but you had to work around it when no lead team member was available:
There have been many experiences that come to mind, one of which is when the server had a few hackers on it, i had proof of them cheating but could not get the Anticheat proof nor punish them for it.
I simply gathered all the proof that i could, and alerted an LT member.
I then waited for the LT member to join and we confronted him.
Explain how you would review and handle an abuse report against another staff member:
I would carefully read through the report making sure i can gather all needed details, and if any more details are needed i would contact the user for them. After i got the details needed and all the required information i would ask for a second opinion from another LT member and see what they say, after i have the second opinion i would come up with my answer to the report, whether that be Accepted or Denied
After i have decided whether or not the report has been accepted i would reply to it using the following format:

I gathered all the details and information i needed and given the needed proof, i have decided that the Staff member was infact in the wrong.
I will [Talk to / bring up staff member] and make sure they are punished for their behaviour.

Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation:
A staff member bans a user for an excessive amount of time, how do you approach the staff member to ensure that everyone is treated fairly?
I would approach the staff member and ask what it is the user had done, i would then check the rapsheet of the user to double check his/hers previous punishments.
If i feel the punishment is unfair i would approach the staff member and ask what had happened, i would then consider this and ask why they had banned the user for X time. If the user was banned for too long i would try and explain to the staff member why i believe it is extreme and if they agree, the ban will be lowered. I would then keep an eye on the staff members punishments for the future.
Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation:
A staff member is dealing with a user but is struggling to do so in an appropriate manner. How would you resolve the situation?
I would ask the staff member if he needs any help with his F1 or admin sit, if he says " Yes " i will proceed to aid in anyway i am needed.
If the staff member isnt struggling but the User is having troubles with the staff member i will talk to the staff member in admin chat and i would spectate him to see what is going on. If needed i would takeover the sit and bring up the staff member later on if needed, if not i would just explain what he had done wrong and how to fix it.

A staff member accuses another staff member of breaking rules, how would you help resolve the situation?
I would ask staff member A ( The accusing staff member) To either join a teamspeak channel or a discord channel so i can have easy communication with them. I would ask for what had happened and and whether or not he had any proof.
After i have received proof of the event and gotten all the details i need to take this further i would ask staff member B (The accused) to join either teamspeak or discord. I would explain that an anonymous staff member had reported what had happened, and ask him for his side of the story. After this i would discuss the situation further to gather all details i needed about the occurrence. After this i would thank both for their time. I would look over all the evidence and sides of the stories and ask another LT what the think about it. I would then bring it up in the meeting and either give issue them a verbal or an official warning. However if the accusing staff member ( Staff member A) does NOT have any proof of the situation, i will keep an eye on staff member b and ask the other LT members whether or not they have experienced any issues with them.

A staff member acts in a disrespectful manner towards another staff member and or sparks an argument within the staff team. How do you resolve the situation?
I would ask what had started the disagreement or argument in order to find out why they were being disrespectful. I would then instruct the staff members to calm down, and try and settle the disagreement swiftly. If the staff members calm down i would contact them later and discuss with them how its not acceptable to be disrespectful to the staff team. However if the staff members do not settle down i will ask them to join teamspeak or discord and we can discuss the matter futher.

You spot a staff member breaking rules to the point of harming other users, how do you approach the staff member?
I would immediately freeze and goto the staff member and ask them what they are doing. I would instruct them to join teamspeak or discord where they would tell me in great detail what they are doing. I would then tell them that it is completely unacceptable for a staff member to be doing that and its a breach of their trust that they were given. I would then inform the rest of the lead team who would decide on an official warning, or demotion in the next meeting. However if the abuse is serious enough i might even have to contact another LT member and emergency demote them if they are causing too much harm. Once the staff member has been released i will inform other LT members to keep an eye on them whenever they can, and i would also do this to prevent any future outbreaks.
