Markus, while I believe that you are on the road to becoming a super admin, I personally feel that you aren't ready yet. I cannot fault you on your activity and dedication to handling F1s in-game, you've done a great job at exceeding the expectations that have been set within the staff team. You are also showing your initiative and interest of progressing within the team by applying for lead team positions.

Sadly, you recently (within the past week) made an apology post regarding some recent incidents that took place - some incidents that did not reflect you, as an individual, in good light. It was good of you to make an apology in the way that you did; not everyone is willing to own up to their mistakes. However, for my own confidence, I'd prefer you to wait a couple more weeks so we can say with confidence that you've bounced backed from the mistake(s) you've made. Don't get me wrong, you are showing great potential I just do not feel 100% confident in you yet.
