Explain a situation where it would be appropriate to use the ban command:

The ban command should only be used as a last resort punishment or in extreme cases of misbehaviour. Players who RDM or ghost once/twice should not be banned; other means of punishment should be sought out. However, repeat offenders who continue to break rules despite numerous warnings + slays may require a harsher punishment, such as a ban.

Some example scenarios of where a ban would be appropriate would be:

A player is continuing to be racist in text/voice chat despite several mutes and warns.
A player joins the server and constantly RDMs and shows no interest in following the rules.
A player was caught using cheats the second time (this is always handled by the lead team).

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for Cheating, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?

Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 100 words):

As a former staff member for TTT (specifically a former Head Admin), I already have the required knowledge surrounding the ULX menu and game mode rules. I recently returned to ZARP and have acquired ranks elsewhere in the community but never really made a return to TTT. I have since regained interest in the game mode and have done by best to commit roughly an hour or more a day over the past week.

Personally, I feel I would be a valuable asset to the staff team considering I can commit at least an hour or so a day after work. However, at times I may prioritise my activity requirement for SSRP as recently there have been patches where I have struggled to get my activity (mainly because there haven't been enough reports).
