Example: I walk up to a player near the fountain before proceeding to kill the player with a single shot to the face. Explain "New Life Rule" and give an example scenario: The delay before a user can return to the position that they die in. A player is in the process of raiding the bank, a few police officers kill the player in question. The player now has to wait 3 minutes before attempting to raid the bank again. The player may not revenge his death as he is "a new person", in a sense. Explain how you would handle the following situation: If player y has no explainable reason for killing player x, i would punish player y accordingly, if the logs show that play y for example killed player x during a raid, during a mug or other rp-related activity they would not be punished. Player x accuses player y for RDMing him, the console log shows that player y killed player x. Explain how you would handle the following situation: If the kill times are within 3 minutes, i would judge the situation as if player y broke NLR. Player x accuses player y for breaking NLR, the kills are pretty close together in console (a few lines apart) at a peak time. Why I should be chosen(we recommend around 150 words): I've been a superadmin on a now closed DarkRP server for about 1000 hours. I feel as if i'm mature enough to contribute to the server with my experience using both the admin plugin as well as my calm nature. As i'm currently unemployed i'm able to spend alot of time playing the game, right now it doesn't look as if i'll be getting a new job soon so i believe that i'd fit pretty well for the job. I enjoy helping others, my intentions with applying for staff isn't for personal gain, if i can provide people with a smile on their face by helping them with their problems, that'd make me more than happy. I also find that the current staff team is very kind and helpful, so i'd appreciate working together with them for the foreseeable future. |

Your application is quite short, but you've also not supplied the correct gametracker links:
Server 1 - www.gametracker.com/player/Shawn/darkrp.zarpgaming.com:27015/ Server 2 - www.gametracker.com/player/Shawn/darkrp.zarpgaming.com:27025/ Server 3 - www.gametracker.com/player/Shawn/usa.zarpgaming.com:27015/ It seems like you're pretty new to SSRP judging by your server 1 activity; we recommend at least two weeks of consistent activity before you apply. |

First of all, you kinda messed up your application, and also it's lacking detail, i would suggest putting more time into making it. Also, you are pretty much new to SSRP and i would, personally suggest, apart from playing consistently for 2 weeks, to get some more game time, that way, you will get to learn the rules and system of the SSRP server(s).
Secondly, i'm not sure if you have acquired any recent punishments because i can't check them due to the fact that i'm not on SSRP at the moment, but, if you're applying, you should try and and have no recents, or a maximum of 1 if you break a rule. In addition, i haven't seen you on any of the servers at all, this is something that is not mandatory but i would suggest making in-game reports (F1's) in order for the staff team to meet you better, that would be a plus in the meeting because not only would the staff team get to know you better, but you would be contributing to the community by reporting those who do not follow the rules and ruin other peoples gameplay. I will for sure be voting No on the meeting. My personal advice: Apply in 2 weeks. I think that would be all. With appreciation, Richard Wright |

No where near enough playtime nor experience in my view.
Short application, no where near enough effort put into it. |

Thanks for applying for staff at ZARP DarkRp! During our weekly staff meeting your application, question answers, game trackers and in-game warnings are checked and then the staff team votes on your application. This time, the staff team have decided that you still need to work on your application and then apply again next week. To try and help you they have summarised some positives & negatives discussed during the meeting: We recommend you get 2 weeks of consistant activity You can apply again at any time, and thanks for supporting ZARP! |
