Explain a situation where it would be appropriate to use the ban command: if someone has alot of warns and they were banned recently and they are still doing things like mass rdm, racism, disrespect

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for Cheating, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?

I would say that i've read their appeal and I will change the perma ban to a 1 week ban because its their first ban. I would also tell them to not cheat or break any other rules on purpose. Also for good measure i would ask them if they have read the rules and if they have'nt I would advise them to do so.

Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 100 words):
I should be promoted because I have over 238 hours on the server. I'm also unbiased when I make my reports and i don't hold grudges towards people. I have a bunch of free time so I could probably attend every meeting(especially since I stopped watching Dr Who which airs at the same time as the meeting starts). Since I know the rules and stuff I am able to help newer players who don't know what theyre doing. I am also on the server alot so I can help with reports quite alot. A big complaint I saw on my moderator application was my attitude not being very good, since then i've improved my attitude but im not completely devoid of any fun.

Extra Information: this is more of just a "trial run" to see how people think of my application considering that it's my first week of being a mod but I do think im ready to be an admin

Well your Activity is good, cant really say something about your attitude cause I rarely saw you on the Server, but your application could have some more details tho.

Don't get me wrong, it a good thing that you play a lot on server,
But it can't be the main reason for beeing an admin.
You need to be a little more experienced.
And because it's only your first week of beeing moderator, I say no.

You have done a great job as a moderator, but it is a little fast to jump to administrator. Your activity is great, and I'm not sure why people are in here complaining about consistency. Consistency in activity is not important if you are getting a decent amount of activity per day. You application could be improved in certain areas, but overall its good. I would recommend getting more experience as a moderator before applying for this position. Also, I would just like to comment on your attitude and how it has improved immensely. Keep up the great work!

I would like to see a bit more detail in the application and a little more time as a moderator. From what I've seen since coming back you seem to forget that you're supposed to handle reports and will leave them for quite a few rounds. Stay on top of reports and re apply next week and I think you'll have a good shot.
