Explain a situation where it would be appropriate to use the ban command:When someone has many (about 10) recent punishments.When someone was banned not long ago, had many bad warnings
(bad = ex. Mass RDM + LTAP/Mass Disrespect etc.) and still does these things

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for Cheating, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?
Well i would definitely ask first a higher rank staff member (best option for me) and follow what they would ask me to (at my first days ofc i will learn fast)
But if none would be online and i would have to do it by myself, i would do something like this:
Hello x, i see how much effort you did in your ban appeal which is rarely seen, i will shorten your ban for cheating to 6 days,
after your ban try not to get any other punishments for cheating in next 2 weeks beacuse i would have to ban you again, which is bad, thanks for your ban appeal, and i hope you will not break any rules on our server.

Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 100 words):. Something that definitely makes me happy, i stopped meme'ing that much (maybe some pootis memes but it's my name so forgive me) which i think will do much in the meeting
I am mostly calm, if im angry i just breathe for a few seconds and im calm again with calm responses, i do as many reports i can, try to improve my activity which was bad sadly,and after requesting me on discord,
you have a 99% chance that i will join! I really have much time,i may get tired for a day after 2 hours.But it depends on players. I think that most of the staff know/heard about me and like me.Many players can ask for help, and i respond as quick as i can.
I will attend as much meetings as i can, which will probably mean all meetings.
I have a lot of fun in here, and i try to not just use !warn command, im trying to not be harsh which succeeds.
My experience is, rather good than bad, i would give myself a about 8/10 which i hope (why do i hope so much this game ain't undertale) will be what i need to become Admin
I (again) hope im accepted to this time Administrator! I will not apply for higher ranks anymore so i hope i get accepted as soon as i can to Admin rank (you may think im farming words here but im not)
I promise i will help the server and players as soon as i can.

Haven't seen you in game and how you handle situations but you seem like a nice guy. Just keep up consistent activity until the meeting!

It seems like you haven't yet grasped fully how you would handle appeals; I encourage you to ask higher-ups for help whenever you need it, but I would personally suggest acquiring basic knowledge on how to handle certain situations and simply learn from the guides that are in the report abuse and appeals sections. After that, when you've got a better understanding of the rules and a better grasp of how to handle reports and/or appeals I think you are ready.

I'm not sure about this, other than the fact that you've not been a Moderator for that long really, your application can definitely be improved. And, I've only seen you "memeposting".
I think you need more experience.

I can sometimes agree, but only "memepost" that i did was 4 types of people but yeah, the rest is true (experience too)

Well as Rick Johnsen already said, you could improve on that question but the rest looks fine for me tho, good activity, nice guy and has a good attitude from what i've seen. Keep the activity up and I am sure you will get it

I am unsure with your current experience as mod.Your application could be improved in the handling the ban appeal though. But your activity is decent and you are a decent mod.

You are definitely a dedicated moderator who attempts to get on as much as possible and interact with the team and community to the fullest extent. However, on your application, the how you would handle an appeal section is concerning. I would recommend getting more experience as a moderator and getting a better understanding of the rules in order to properly handle ban appeals. You are doing a good job thus far, keep it up and I feel you will be a great candidate in the future.

And THAT is a great response! I started being on the forums much more, (sometimes life happens but i go on phone if i can) I decided i will gain experience, (how did i?) and i will keep trying to get the administrator rank!

You do your job and are consistently on, I just wish you'd talk a bit more!
