He does go on TS but doesn't go into open channels, he has a limit on how many people can be in a room and likes to have some peace. Yet he will be there when needed.

No hoenstly since Johnler, Dodo, Chien and you left I don't really join TS3 all to often anymore. Mainly for meetings or to sit around in some channel to be available but I don't talk to people very oftenly.
But I said that my Ts3 activity has been lacking as of lately.
Just.. read my application I guess.
But thank you Kurze anyway.
This is what they are talking about.
I can tell you from experience as a Head Administrator and as a Server Owner that, in order to be even remotely viable as a Head Admin, you need to have
excellent communication with staff members, or you're going to cause more problems than you solve.
When I got Head Admin, even though I came on Teamspeak a lot, and this even happens sometimes at the moment, I have problems when it comes to communication because of disagreements with other staff members. These
will happen a lot of the time for any staff member, especially a Head Admin, and a lot of the issues I had in the past with Raeker were because I didn't have the experience I needed in that regard when I became a Head Admin / Server Owner.
Generally, given the few interactions I have had with you, the way I have seen you interact with other staff members and the way that they speak of you, there is a lot more work that is needed before you become a Head Admin. What I would recommend you do is trying to join public channels on Teamspeak (this is important, even if you may not think so. Going into private spacers can sometimes create divides and make you seem a little less approachable. Spend time in spacers with staff, however also try to spend time in public channels communicating with everyone) and show yourself to have a positive attitude and influence across the community.
As a Lead Team member, you do need to be able to control staff and have them respect you to some extent, however it is best not to try to do this in an authoritarian manner too much, otherwise you're not going to be approachable. Even if you are liked by some staff and Lead Team, you should try to create good relationships with all of them (in an ideal world, that is, of course this won't always be possible, but you still need to try)
I also see a problem with you (which I'm definitely saying I don't have myself, before anyone calls me out for that) with ego. In your replies here, you're trying to disprove what people are saying in a manner which isn't the best when you take my previous points into consideration. Sometimes, you do just have to really put your pride aside and try to be more empathetic with other staff. This does still apply if they are completely wrong and you think they're being complete twats. Try to think about how they see you and why they might disagree with that, and rather than trying to just shut them down by telling them they're wrong, try to coerce them into agreeing with you. If you can do that, you can repair some broken relationships with staff members and resolve situations easily.
To summarise, I believe you really need to brush up your Teamspeak activity, interaction, attitude and the manner in which you interact with staff, and then you'll be golden
