Explain "Random Death Match" and give an example scenario:
- Rdm(random death match) is when you kill someone without a valid reason e.g if i was innocent and i killed a random guy because i felt like it

Give three examples of an acceptable KOS and its scenario:
1) If someone types in chat "KOS + the players name"
2) If I see someone walk in the t room
3) If I see someone plant and arm a c4

Give two examples of unacceptable KOS and their scenarios:
1) If someone is on low health
2) If someone has a t weapon and they advertise that they have it in chat

Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 100 words):
I should be chosen because I've played on the server for about a year and I know alot about the server and its rules. I have a decent amount of hours across my multiple gametracker accounts and I play very frequently. I have quite a few reports but im getting better at not breaking the rules. That is why I think I think I should become a mod

Your activity in my opinion is fine, as life happens and missing two days isn't the biggest deal. You have applied previously and have improved on your attitude. Your application could be much more detailed however, as you should have put more effort into it. I believe you have proven yourself capable of the role, and if you are able to keep your activity high and consistent until the meeting, you will have a great chance. Just dont obtain anymore warnings beforehand, as your 2 recent punishments will expire shortly.
