Your application could be much more detailed however, as you should have put more effort into it. I believe you have proven yourself capable of the role, and if you are able to keep your activity high and consistent until the meeting, you will have a great chance. Just dont obtain anymore warnings beforehand, as your 2 recent punishments will expire shortly.
