What is Ghosting? and give an example: The ghosting is saying anythings that can help to the player alive when your dead, an exemple, when your dead in a portal and somebody not see you die when you came in the portal, and you telling the answer that we called the gosting

How would you deal with a disrespectful player?: With a disrespectful player, I will put an verbal warning, after the 2nd I put him a warning and a mute chat / microphone

Why I should be chosen: I will simply say that I will not use any argument to denigrate another candidate because I am not someone to say that I will be more favorable to this comment than someone else who lives in this free and democratic country. I'm just going to say that I bring good humor and a good atmosphere.

My Thoughts:

• Very Good Activity (think i seen you afk alot)

• Would like to see you speaking more ingame haven't really seen you talking/typing in game
•You currently have 0 punishments so keep that up and you may have a good chance
• Application needs more detail. Also you haven't answered:

It looks like this is a joke:

How would good humour help you to deal with a disrespectful player? Are you going to make him laugh?
In your reasoning to be chosen, you're meant to give reasons such as past experience etc. What you're saying is you're no different from anyone else so I feel like you don't deserve the position. Good humour and Atmosphere does not supply knowledge of rules but it does give a positive attitude. A staff member needs to be knowledgeable of the rules which you have not shown in this application.

Positives Good activity No recent punishments Can speak multiple languages Negatives Application looks a bit short - maybe you can extend on your answers, especially the final question. Doesn't interact with players on the sever enough. Things to improve on: Extend your answers a little and try to interact with other players and staff.
