It looks like this is a joke:

How would good humour help you to deal with a disrespectful player? Are you going to make him laugh?
In your reasoning to be chosen, you're meant to give reasons such as past experience etc. What you're saying is you're no different from anyone else so I feel like you don't deserve the position. Good humour and Atmosphere does not supply knowledge of rules but it does give a positive attitude. A staff member needs to be knowledgeable of the rules which you have not shown in this application.
