Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin:
During my time as a mod I haven't really encountered many rule breakers, I feel as If I were promoted I'd be able to deal with them more easily i.e I would be to ban them if they were mass rule breaking (being racist, Ignoring mutes/gags multiple times)
Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around (EG: defiant user):
I really haven't had any troubles during my time as mod, But if the time given there would be any trouble I'd able to handle it easier if I were promoted to admin well today as of writing this I've encountered some trouble with 3 users refusing to change their racist names after being told multiple times they did not listen and being kicked and still refusing to change their names, Luckily they got banned cause deadmonstor is a good guy
If you had to write a letter to train a moderator in between 100-200 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?:
Hello and Congratulations on being accepted as a mod I'll give you a quick rundown of the commands that you'll be using during your time as a moderator the main commands you'll be using can be found in the tab menu and they are:
Mute Globally, Chat Mute, Slay, Strip weapons and Kick.
Mute Globally is used when someone is mic spamming, disrespecting other players through voice chat.
Chat Mute is used when someone is chat spamming, disrespecting other players through chat.
Slay shouldn't really be used since there isn't any punishment that you should be giving with slay instead of other punishments.
Strip Weapons doesn't go on someones rapsheet and strips them of their weapons and is used when someone is complaining about someone spamming their weapon.
Kick should be used when someone is mass rule breaking ignoring their previous punishments that you've given them and no admin or higher on to ban them.
There are 2 other things you should know and that is the rap sheet (f6) which keeps track of their punishments (recent punishments last for 2 weeks and are lit up in red) and the other thing is how to warn people and that is with using !warn (steamID) or (SteamName) I recommend using steamID because it's quicker and you can't miss warn people with similar names
Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology, and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for Cheating, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?
I would first contact the banning admin and we would discuss their ban and see if they're worthy of getting unbanned/lowering their ban (Showing a good attitude on the forums/other servers), If they aren't we would deny it and tell to wait longer or show a better attitude on the forums/other servers.
If I can not get in contact with the banning admin in 24 hours I would make a verdict on the ban appeal factoring in how long they've been banned, attitude, if they've apologized or not and other things
Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 100 words):
I think I should be promoted to admin since I'm familiar with being staff on other servers, how FAdmin works, I can be contacted easily and I'm always free and ready to help other players, and with being admin I can manage the server easier if there are people on just rule break/annoy other players, I try to attend every meeting and give my input on someone applying for staff if no one has said it.
