1.) Your gametime in my opinion is far too low for an admin, I've experienced servers that require atleast a week of gametime before even becoming a trial moderator.

Um, you've just said you haven't encountered many rule breakers, so why do you need more 'power' in order to deal with them?
If this was a mistake you should have read through your application more thoroughly.

You've also put this into a completely irrelevant question. This shows you've completely rushed this application.

"I would first contact the banning admin and we would discuss their ban and see if they're worthy of getting unbanned/lowering their ban (Showing a good attitude on the forums/other servers), If they aren't we would deny it and tell to wait longer or show a better attitude on the forums/other servers.
If I can not get in contact with the banning admin in 24 hours I would make a verdict on the ban appeal factoring in how long they've been banned, attitude, if they've apologized or not and other things"

I feel like this is wrong, if a player is caught cheating surely they shouldn't even get a chance to get back into the community? That might just be me.

Overall I'd give you a minus due to the rushing of this application, You sound like you have barely any playtime, you clearly rushed this application.
