General Administrator Questions:
How I feel that my time as a moderator will contribute to me becoming an admin: ~
Although I haven’t been moderator on Surf for long, I already understand the commands and how to use them as it is similar to the commands on Bunny Hop. I honestly think I have enough experience to become a Surf admin. I have encountered little to no problems at all. I was able to meet the activity requirements with little difficulty and I was able to commit my time to Surf, Bunny Hop and Deathrun evenly.

Any situation I had to work around as a moderator and how I believe it’d be able to be handled more efficiently as an admin: ~
A user joined and began to mic spam by playing incredibly loud music. When I told them to stop, they did not listen, and instead, chose to persist in breaking the rules. He did it again, and then when I muted him, he left the game to avoid his punishment. Soon after, he joined back and did it again. It was a repetitive cycle as I had to mute him again every time. Once the map had changed and after his seventh leave, he had stopped mic spamming and had promised me that he wouldn’t do it again. As an admin, I could implement punishments and handle situations more efficiently.

Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. I check the ban list and find that I banned them permanently for Cheating, and that this is their first ban. How I would handle the situation: ~

I’ve checked the ban list and have realised that you were banned permanently for Cheating, and that this is your first ban. 

I have taken your ban appeal into consideration, and I have decided that your ban should be lowered to a month. Make sure that you understand the rules clearly.  Please understand that staff will not tolerate any form of cheating whatsoever.

Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 100 words): ~
I should be promoted because I also hold the position of Deathrun Admin and Bunny Hop Admin. Even though I am staff on 3 servers in total, I am able to manage my time effectively. I am familiar with the commands and the way the system works. I’m highly experienced. If I were to be promoted, I would be able to implement harsher punishments, which would help me punish rulebreakers accordingly to more degrees. I don’t let my emotions get in the way when dealing with situations. I have previous experience staffing one of the largest Oceania gaming communities in Garry’s Mod. Having the rank of Admin would allow me to be able to help moderators and also help the community more. I definitely will not abuse my powers. I will not tolerate rulebreakers, even if they could be a friend, since to me, making sure the rules are being followed is more important. I understand the punishments I would carry out if a player happened to break the rules. I am dedicated to fulfilling my duties.

Additional Information:
My timezone is different so this allows me to be available to watch over the server when other staff are unavailable.
