How do you feel that your time as an administrator has contributed to becoming a super administrator:
My time as an administrator has helped me learn better how to act and be professional. It has taught me how to better work with people on a staff team. It has also given me experience on how to do the job.
What makes you a good candidate for the super administrator team? ( in this part you can go as detailed as you want): What makes me a good candidate is that I am professional when I need to be, I am also dedicated. I have plenty of time to spare considering I have my school year all planned out. I can take a joke and have fun with users. I am fair and honest.
Explain a situation as an administrator you encountered that was an obstacle that required the help of a lead team member but you had to work around it when no lead team member was available: A situation I encountered was people ban evading, I had to call on a super admin to get him banned. I also had somebody post IP Grabbers in to the chat, in which I had to tell onion and help him find it in the logs.
Explain how you would review and handle an abuse report against another staff member:
I would look for valid evidence against the staff member. If there is none I will talk to both the staff member and the user. If the staff member admits to it, the report would be accepted. If he doesn't then the report would be denied due to the lack of proof.

A staff member bans a user for an excessive amount of time, how do you approach the staff member to ensure that everyone is treated fairly?
I would let the staff member know that bans should be determined by recent warnings or bans and bans should not be more than 2 weeks depending on permission. I would tell him that all bans should be thought about to make sure that people are treated fairly.

A staff member is dealing with a user but is struggling to do so in an appropriate manner. How would you resolve the situation?
I would help the staff member out. After the situation I would teach him the way to handle that so he or she is ready in the future to take care of a situation like this.

A staff member accuses another staff member of breaking rules, how would you help resolve the situation?
If a staff member accuses another staff member of breaking rules, I would ask them for any evidence of the staff member breaking rules, if they have evidence, the staff members punishment would depend on the severity of the rule break. If they didn't have proof I would talk to both the staff member and the user. I would talk to both parties even if there was evidence. Depending on what the staff member says, I will deny or accept the report.

A staff member acts in a disrespectful manner towards another staff member and or sparks an argument within the staff team. How do you resolve the situation?
I would tell them both to stop or there would be punishments, the staff team is suppose to work together and not fight against each other. I would let them both know that.

You spot a staff member breaking rules to the point of harming other users, how do you approach the staff member?
I would issue an emergency demote. Since the staff member is harming users I would have to, this would stop them from doing any further harm to the users and if they did anything while I wasn't present I would ask them for evidence of it.
