I do most certainly hop on teamspeak once or twice a day, and haven’t seen you on at all, or maybe I am wrong and it has to do when I am on and you’re off and when I am off you’re on, what I am hinting at is the teamspeak rank. I really do not trust you with this rank, especially since the last time i met you, you didn’t mature much at all, and that I do not see you actively on the teamspeak.

Another big thing and maybe shaky thing since I can’t investigate since i’m currently typing this on my phone on my ass on my toilet, which I will research when i’m down and might delete this entire paragraph is your forum presence, you should be relatively active on the forums and helpful, in my eyes of course, this could be different for many other people, just what I think and what I did on my road to Super Admin, and I think forum presence and being helpful on the forums can be contributed to achieving any rank, leadteam, staff, forum staff or not forum staff.

Another shaky thing is that I don’t think you have enough experience yet to hold this rank, but hell, maybe you do since you have been staff on othe servers. Everything I am telling you is based off my experience and how I try to fit you in with the responsibilities and other characteristics of a lead team member.

I couldn’t really judge you on meeting presence for obvious reasons, and other parts I would rather talk about not on the forums.
