Explain a situation where it would be appropriate to use the ban command:
Player Z is spamming text chat with racism, homophobia or anti-semitism. I then mute and warn them for the offense they have committed (racism, homophobia or anti-semitism) and un-mute them after a full round. He imminently begins spamming racist slurs so I kick him instantly due to this being his 2nd offense. He then joins back and begins his normal routine of spamming racist slurs. I now ban him according to his rap sheet for reason "Racism" or whatever they have committed.
Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player X appeals their ban in great detail, apology, and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for Cheating and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?
As an Admin, I am not allowed to ban for cheating and I am not allowed to handle my own reports as this would lead to bias. However let's say the situation happened, this is how I would handle it...
Hello [insert name]!
I have reviewed your appeal and I have come to a decision to
accept your appeal.
It seems you have no prior bans for hacking, and your appeal seems heartfelt and honest. For this, I will reduce your ban to [insert time]. I would recommend uninstalling you hacks to avoid further punishment.
Thank you for appealing.

Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 100 words):
I have been a Mod for 1 week, I have had 1 situation last week on my first day and I have been clean ever since. I believe I will be an exceptional candidate and others have told me they think so too. I feel very confident to applying for Admin. I understand and enforce the rules properly, I can handle myself in report situations and I am ready to take the next step.
Pros:
- Mature, helpful and welcoming
- Great in reports and handling them fairly
- Good knowledge of rules and punishments
- High report count and hour count
Cons:
- Lack of Language Diversity
