Explanation a situation where it would be appropriate to use the ban command:
1-Mass RDM
2-Constant Racism
3-Rule breaking
4-to Many resents

Explanation how i would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for Cheating, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?
I would ask them why did they did it in the first place and if they continue that there very sorry about it i would tell him to go to the forms and do a Topic about it so that other staff team votes than just me but of course i would accept it


Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 100 words): Because i have done two other Topics and taken Advice from them and improved myself off it i did put a lot of time and i would like to help the Staff team with more capability of doing more than a moderator has.

Great guy and deserves this position. His activity is much better this time around so I have no issue with accepting him

While I agree that you're a nice guy and you probably should get admin, I don't agree that your activity has improved.

You're getting active 2 days before the meeting just like last week so there hasn't been a change/improvment in that regard.
Is there a reason for that? I mean maybe you're working full time and don't have time for GMod on workdays or something like that.
If that is the reason for you beeing active only before the meeting then its fine but you didnt mention it.

So until we got further information from your side its gonna be a no from me since your activity is still inconsistent, sorry lad.

I have to say your activity's great when your on but your absence during the rest of the week is poor
It says EXPLAIN a situation when to use the ban command and you merely list 4 reasons there is a difference
And then the ban appeal, you explain what you would do not how you would RESPOND to the appeal and when handling appeals of course talking with other staff helps but all you need to do is contact the staff member than banned them
Your reasoning is also pretty generic and doesn't even hit 100 words
Can't say much for your attitude cause I don't really play on Zarp anymore

Your application is decent though while your activity is okay overall, it could be more consistent. That aside, haven't been on with you on TTT so can't say much else on your attitude in-game but you're a great guy and moderator from what I've seen from PH. Taking everything in mind, I'm going to be neutral on this. Good luck nevertheless!
