While I agree that you're a nice guy and you probably should get admin, I don't agree that your activity has improved.

You're getting active 2 days before the meeting just like last week so there hasn't been a change/improvment in that regard.
Is there a reason for that? I mean maybe you're working full time and don't have time for GMod on workdays or something like that.
If that is the reason for you beeing active only before the meeting then its fine but you didnt mention it.
