Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin:
I'm online most of the night on both Server 1 and Server 3 (Occasionally Server 2 as well), and I feel like I'm covering most of the "night-shift" when it comes to F1s. I have contacts on Steam that message me if a rule break occurs on another server, so I'm pretty much covering all servers at night. In the daytime, I'm a little bit less active, mostly due to me being asleep at that time because of my current sleep schedule. However, I usually try to get in the F1s that I can before going to sleep/at the time of when I wake up.

Considering all that I'd say it would very well contribute to my promotion since I think having certain permissions that are off-limits to moderators will further improve my ability to have quicker and better F1s, thus clearing the server of more F1s faster and giving the Zarp Community an overall better experience.

Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around (EG: defiant user):
Sometimes there are situations that require me to either delete a prop, sell a door, or other actions that moderators are unable to perform. Another situation I have found myself in previously is having to let go of a rule breaker that very obviously is not going to stop committing rule breaks. I usually end up having to sneak around until I catch their next rule break - and while that works to some extent - it isn't very efficient. Having the ability to spectate would make continuous rule breakers a lot easier to catch.

I am sure I can think of more situations, but these are the ones I find the most significant.

If you had to write a Facebook post to train a moderator in between 200-300 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?:

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that another admin banned them permanently for prop-spam, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?

Firstly, I would look up which admin banned the player, and discuss the reasons behind the ban, and if it perhaps was too harsh taking into consideration the player's Rapsheet.

Depending on the outcome of the discussion, there will be different results. For instance, if the player's intention was to crash the server, and he has attempted this multiple times, I would have a better understanding of the punishment the admin gave the player. However, I will still consider the effort and sincerity of the thread, and discuss further with the admin. If we can get to an agreement to reduce his ban based on the amount of effort and sincerity put into the post, I will accept his appeal and reduce his ban to 3-7 days:

If I cannot get to an agreement with the admin about the person's punishment, or he brings up valid arguments as to why the player shouldn't receive a lesser punishment, I will deny his appeal.

Why I should be promoted(we recommend around 150 words):
I already have a lot of experience as a moderator, not only doing F1s but helping players outside of F1s as well. I made a few mistakes in the beginning, but I've learnt from those mistakes and improved upon myself a lot when it comes to doing things as a moderator, my understanding of the rules and my way of conducting F1s.

Additionally, my efficiency will greatly improve with access to more useful commands and abilities. Things that were hard as a moderator are made a lot easier as an administrator, so it goes without saying that my efficiency will be higher.

Lastly, some administrator tools will help a lot when it comes to certain rule breakers and their way of evading punishments because of insufficient proof, etc. because I am able to spectate and easily catch off-guard rule breakers. This is great so I can better help removing the "low-key" rule breakers on the servers.

I don't see why he shouldn't get Admin privilages right now. I see him every day from morning to evening, actually every time i log in he's online in S1 or S3. Even when we should be sleeping he's online. Takes F1's professionally. I think that the only thing he is lacking is probably sleep ;)

Thanks for applying for staff at ZARP DarkRp! During our weekly staff meeting your application, question answers, game trackers and in-game warnings are checked and then the staff team votes on your application.

This time, the staff team have decided that you still need to work on your application and then apply again next week. To try and help you they have summarised some positives & negatives discussed during the meeting:
Needs more Experience.

You can apply again at any time, and thanks for supporting ZARP!
