Personally I consider you to be a nice guy, but seeing your behaviour towards Owl, I'm not sure if all you said in your 'Attitude' section "always" applys.

Furthermore: you just came back from your holidays -> activity in the last two weeks = 0.

TLDR: I think you're a good Admin but I'm not sure if you're SA material.

You put effort into your application, even though I haven't read all of it yet I can tell you did. You just came back from holiday so your activity is lacking currently. I will tell you the rest over steam/discord.

Your application is very detailed and your activity was extremely high until you took a break, I suggest you wait a couple weeks to prove that you can be active in the future. Also sometimes, I question your maturity and attitude and I would want you to work on them before getting this position. Your Teamspeak and forum activity are relatively high which is another positive. Overall I feel you need a bit more time.

Still a huge amount of work before you're even ready for super admin.

During your time as staff you have yet to show leadership skills to the lead team and the staff team.

Your attitude at times is questionable with lots of room for improvement, You can show huge amounts of immaturity both on the forums and within the staff team.

As a Lead Team member you need to have the ability to talk to other lead team members aswell as the other staff members about important matters, I feel this is something that you would struggle with mainly due to how hard it is to understand you at times.

You have Ok forum presence although a huge amount of your posts on the forums are shit posts, When you do comment on something important such as applications you tend to repeat what others have said or give next to no feedback on the application.

Currently as it stands there is a lot that needs to be improved on.
