As a Lead Team member you need to have the ability to talk to other lead team members aswell as the other staff members about important matters, I feel this is something that you would struggle with mainly due to how hard it is to understand you at times.

You have Ok forum presence although a huge amount of your posts on the forums are shit posts, When you do comment on something important such as applications you tend to repeat what others have said or give next to no feedback on the application.
