Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin:
This was my second time being a moderator and I will be honest, it wasn't that fun, because I couldn't ban or spectate people so I felt pretty useless, but yeah sure I felt really good being moderator for the second time (this is my third time so yeah) and and it was pretty fun I got to punish people again and I felt pretty strong and powerful.
Honestly I think it was the best day for me when I got moderator.

Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around (EG: defiant user):
So a guy was mass RDMing and I warned him 2 times, that didn't work. I tried to get an admin but no one was on, so I just couldn't do anything. In that situation as an admin I could of banned/jailed him.

If you had to write a facebook post to train a moderator in between 200-300 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?:
Hello there buddy, my name is Rice Seeds. I will be your trainer. So first things first if you press F1 you can see the admin requests (F1's) People's warnings (Warns) Logging (Server logs) Active NLR (NLR). So let's say for an example you want to do a F1, just right click on the request and press handle this. Then you will have some options. Bring, Goto, Mark as finished and Abort handling this request. If you just pressed handle, the best option is to press goto, because they might be raiding or fighting someone. If they are doing something like that, just teleport back and he will pm you when he's done. If you are wondering how to do those commands, well here they are: /teleport, /bring, /goto, /warn, /unwarn, /kick, /mute, /muteglobally, /slay, /freeze. So if you want to check anyone's punishments press F6 and then search his/her name, or just press on the option wich says "Select a player" and then just select the player and you will be able to see his/her's punishments. Just remember to aways be nice to people and if you have any questions just type "/// How do I warn a player?". (This question was an example, if you have a question just type /// and put your massage there. I hope you enjoy your time being a moderator.

Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for prop-spam, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?

Hello there bud, I see you have put a lot of effort on this ban apeaI. So I cheked your punishments and see you only have 1, I decided to give you a second chance, but if you break those rules again you will have to wait a bit longer. So you will be unbanned for now.

Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 150 words): I think I should be promoted because it will be my second time being an admin. Through my admin time I really felt more powerful and exited. I've been a moderator 3 times and if I get accepted it will be my second time being an admin, so I think i have enough experience and I will try to do 60 f1s next, also I will attend in the meeting next week. I got demoted for being stupid and I learned from my mistakes. I wont do any more mistakes with my admin rank, I will try to improve as much as I possibly can. I'm really sorry to everyone for making that mistake. DEADMONSTER I am really sorry for those stupid mistakes I will improve a lot and I will be a great staff member, I promise.[/b]

This is probably one of the best admins (my opinion). Even tho he got demoted he deserves a second chance. He did a lot of f1s when he was an admin so he definitely needs to become an admin again!

The thing with Officials and Demotions they aren't like warnings. They don't expire in 2 weeks. Which means in order for them to be looked over you need to prove a change to us. Personally I didn't seen that yet from you.
