How often do you come on the forums:
Daily, I am always looking through this section for any new applicants for positions. On every application I give constructive feedback where I give them the things I find good about their application and what could be improved on.

Why You?:
Activity
I am very active in the forums in this section. I have subscribed to it so whenever there is a new application I know about it very quickly. On every post, I give constructive feedback on what is good about their applications and what needs to be improved before applying for positions. Whenever I see a TOU break I report it to the moderators. My activity also means that I see a lot of applications that aren’t following the right templates, are really hard to read as they are missing BBCodes or are missing things like SteamID and Gametrackers. Any SteamIDs or gametrackers that are missing from applications I search up and post them in the comments to aid the moderators and applicant in putting it in the application. This also helps staff members who are filling out spreadsheets for meetings as they are able to search up warns to put onto the spreadsheet.

Trust and Behaviour
I currently hold the admin rank on both TTT and Prop Hunt which show that I am trustworthy. I am dedicated to both of these servers, the forums and Teamspeak as whenever I am on inactivity I am still searching through the forums and, when TS on my phone decides to work, going onto Teamspeak. On these servers I have never been given an official warning or been demoted from a position. I have also never been banned from the forums or Teamspeak for any reason which also shows that I am trustworthy and have a good attitude towards users and staff members.

Just because someone doesn't do outcomes doesn't in any way mean that they should not be able to get this position.

That's not at all what I said or suggested; I merely stated that it would be better-suited to someone who posts the final verdict on applications regularly, which in no way implies that he won't be able to get this position, but rather that other candidates have certain qualities which he lacks that improve their standings and chances.

Best not to make assumptions about the intents of a statement unless it's so obvious that it's staring you in the face.

I believe what he is trying to say, is that he would prefer that a lead team member gets this role as they will be able to quickly lock topics that they post the outcome to and whatnot.
