Just because someone doesn't do outcomes doesn't in any way mean that they should not be able to get this position.

That's not at all what I said or suggested; I merely stated that it would be better-suited to someone who posts the final verdict on applications regularly, which in no way implies that he won't be able to get this position, but rather that other candidates have certain qualities which he lacks that improve their standings and chances.

Best not to make assumptions about the intents of a statement unless it's so obvious that it's staring you in the face.

I still disagree that summing up what others say and writing it into a template makes someone a better candidate than another person.
