TOPIC: [SSRP Head Admin] Ella Ann Pompeii's Application

• One of my main points as a Head Admin is to get the SSRP team to work more together as a Team, especially the Lead Team
• Help lower staff members get a hold of the rules better and certain scenarios they have trouble with
• Think of better ways to improve SSRP in the US and new suggestions

Misinforms a user about what is/isn't an exploit -> applies for head admin.

Not a very good superadmin, generally lacks motivation, I see him online often and he mostly RP's instead of caring for the server. He also doesn't handle alot of forum report abuses (I'm not sure he's ever handled anything regarding demote/talk to requests) and/or appeals.
I'd also add you've been recently involved in some drama regarding Mr Red X, where you misinformed him that tazing an Evo suit is allowed; how this hasn't been dealt with, is beyond me.
In conclusion, not a staff member I'd like to see as Head Admin. The HA team is in pretty bad shape as it is and I think you aren't trustworthy or good enough for this position.

He purely did it to Rob to revenge on him making him lose the evo and forcing a refund which made the CM team involved for no reason aswell. His aim was to wait for Rob in his Evo and taze him.

EDIT: However Ella still should of stepped out and stated what he told Red X and not hide behind the curtains. Which I agree with is wrong.

A bug is literally the definition of an unintended feature, so how could you even say it's not an exploit for a second?

Mr Red X's intentions were plain and simple: exploit the health bug so the suit would get ripped. It's clear as day.

Used to be a fucking top notch staff member two years ago. Now constantly sits in spawn AFK for hours spectating people he doesn't like instead of actually doing anything to help out. He's told multiple people before that he's actually out to get me banned and sits on his ass and specs me for hours on end waiting for me to fuck up. Ella if you are actually listening to me and if you seriously care about an honest opinion, go back to how you used to be, you'd do so much better instead of targeting people who used to be your friends.
