In regards to Red x and the tazing with an EVO, it is allowed, you can taze people in them, you cannot purposely target people in them tho, the same thing happened to me and Dead, he knew i had an evo on and tazed me and i lost it.

Let me clarify it again as it looks like you didn't read my outcome on Red X's appeal. He didn't get banned for what he did he got banned because of the why he did it. He purely did it to Rob to revenge on him making him lose the evo and forcing a refund which made the CM team involved for no reason aswell. His aim was to wait for Rob in his Evo and taze him.

EDIT: However Ella still should of stepped out and stated what he told Red X and not hide behind the curtains. Which I agree with is wrong.

Pathetic excuse, it's a bug - therefore using it is abusing an unintended feature - EXPLOITING. You're both Super Admins, you should be able to reasonably discern this.

The exact rule:

1.7 Exploiting - Purposely abusing unintentional game or server features is prohibited.

A bug is literally the definition of an unintended feature, so how could you even say it's not an exploit for a second?

Apparently Evo was meant to be tazed in the first place, the problem is the fact that it doesn't reset to the HP before the tazing.

Yes, so tazing with the sole purpose of ripping the suit through killing him is an exploit, which is what Mr Red X's goal was, however Jack Bushross shot them both with an M202 instead.

Mr Red X's intentions were plain and simple: exploit the health bug so the suit would get ripped. It's clear as day.
