Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin:
The last 2 weeks i have manged to do about 150 f1s and i feel like i do my job to the best of my ability, and as a admin i would be able to do my duty more efficiently and effectively as i wont need to call for admins when i need someone banned. I also feel like that being a admin i would be able to do more sits and do them faster as i would have more ability's to mange rule breakers.
Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around (EG: defiant user):
I have had people report me for doing my job which was a obstacle for me as i would hand out a little harsh but fair punishments and people dont like being punished, i have had people who can be frustrating in sits but i mange to keep a level head and try my best to be equal to everyone that i deal with.
If you had to write a facebook post to train a moderator in between 200-300 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?:
So the first thing to remember is to be calm and confident as it come across better, also treat everyone the same, whether that be friends or enemies. Pressing f1 will allow you to see the current f1s, logs, warning and active nlrs. You can take a f1 by right clicling the first f1 and left clicking take f1, the logging is there to search for deaths and others things but all this is also in your console. So the commands are pretty basic as if you hold tab and click on a persons name you can see all the commands there and it makes life a lot more easier, i would also recommend make a bind to tp, bind key "say /tp". So as a mod it might be stressful of difficult but try your best and you will be fine and remember that it gets easier as time goes on, also always use steam ids, never names as you could make a mistake. To warn people do /warn STEAMID REASON, to unwarn someone do /unwarn STEAMID. Make sure that when you want to bring someone for a sit tp to them first ask if you can borrow them for a sit, as they might be rping, also never do sits on the floor or in someones bases, always go to a roof or admin area. Rap sheets are pretty basic, if the date is red its recent if white its not recent, when warning someone always check there recents and count the bans, warns, jails and mutes, but dont count tests/dont counts or unbans or updated bans. Thats pretty much the basics of it, and welcome to the staff team
Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that another admin banned them permanently for prop-spam, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?
I would talk to the staff who banned him and see what there story is compared to player x's and i would then decided to deine it or lower/unban player x, depending on whether it was to crash the server deliberately or just to mess around.
Why I should be promoted(we recommend around 150 words):
I feel like as the last 2 weeks of being mod i have learned more and know how to use commands better, i also feel like my attitude has improved more and i would like to help the server as much as possible, so me being admin i would be able to deal with f1s better and faster then as a mod, and would be able to mange people and help people the best i could, to make sure the rp is a fun and happy place to be. I also feel like that if i was to get promoted i would work to the best of my ability. I dont freak out easily and i am level headed so you would not have to worry about me doing anything stupid out of nervousness or frustration.
