You have an accepted report abuse, Wait a week or two, I can't comment on your staffing as a whole as I've not seen much because I've not been on as much this week, anyway, Good luck!.

EDIT - Also as Jack said you let your friends rulebreak without giving them a consequence I don't know if this is only sometimes, though If you don't wish to punish friends you shouldn't have applied for staff,

No, thanks.

You seem to consistently show your pick on specific people, such as these small things like purposely walking into their shots and warning them.

As for your warnings, you also seem to consistently warn people without situations, as far as i care, i really do hope you just end up getting demoted for your consistent bias (That's just my opinion)

Thanks for applying for staff at ZARP DarkRp! During our weekly staff meeting your application, question answers, game trackers and in-game warnings are checked and then the staff team votes on your application.

This time, the staff team have decided that you still need to work on your application and then apply again next week. To try and help you they have summarised some positives & negatives discussed during the meeting:
Needs to improve on attitude/recent accepted report.
