Literally just got denied, should give it some time and improve

I’m pretty sure I already stated this,

The reason why you were denied from moderator is because your lack of experience with the gamemode itself.
When it came to initial staff I was told that you were being immature about it and denied having the position and someone else replaced you (me).

If you improve on this and actually show you know how the gamemode works you will most Likely get staff and you should at least wait a week showing that you are interested and know what you are doing.

I liked the first volume but the final volume feels a bit underwhelming

Despite some people saying his attitude is bad, I have not seen any form of bad attitude coming from him. I know his time was low, but if he gets his activity this weeks and avoid recents, there’s no reason to deny him. Not only has he held many LT ranks before but he has also gained experience with FAdmin due to him being SSRP staff

I recommend you learn how to deal with criticism properly before it becomes a real issue like it did with Xnator because once it does the criticism starts to shift away from constructive and towards hurtful as people feel like the person won't listen to their criticisms unless they add emphasis to it in other ways.

That being said I think you should leave it a week to brush up on your understanding and attitude to others especially the Lead Team who you seem to already have arguments with. The point of there being a staff TEAM is so that they work together as a team and not constantly argue with others' decisions.
