What is Ghosting? and give an example:
Ghosting is when a spectator spectates death and tells the runners where he is and what hes doing as in if i told a friend of mine where my friend is in hide n seek when i lost.

How would you deal with a disrespectful player?:
If someone is disrespectful i would give him 2 warnings then gag him and mute him for 30min and if he continues i would kick him and then if he doesn't stop a ban for 1hr.

Why I should be chosen:
I should be chosen because ive had a lot of staff experiences ive been head of staff,admin,mod,head mod and trial admin but those servers shut down but I also am responsible and independent and think of my actions but if someone disrespects others or breaks the rules i will do what must be done. I know a lot of the simple commands and some advanced commands. I think its best for me to be a mod till I remember the other commands as im coming back to Garry's mod. I hope you all a good life and a good day ill be on most of the day.

Just because you claim to have been staff on other servers doesn't make it so you can just become staff here. You have played for 1 day in the past week, and that was for around 20 mins. Maybe if you can get your activity up by the meeting then you may stand a chance, however, at this moment, I don't feel you are ready.

You have no activity whatsoever, i would like to see you constantly playing before accepting you as staff

Also, claiming to be “head staff” or “head mod” is not helpful as some people lied about this before
