What is Ghosting? and give an example:
Ghosting is when a spectator spectates death and tells the runners where he is and what hes doing as in if i told a friend of mine where my friend is in hide n seek when i lost.

How would you deal with a disrespectful player?:
If someone is disrespectful i would give him 2 warnings then gag him and mute him for 30min and if he continues i would kick him and then if he doesn't stop a ban for 1hr.

Why I should be chosen:
I should be chosen because ive had a lot of staff experiences ive been head of staff,admin,mod,head mod and trial admin but those servers shut down but I also am responsible and independent and think of my actions but if someone disrespects others or breaks the rules i will do what must be done. I know a lot of the simple commands and some advanced commands. I think its best for me to be a mod till I remember the other commands as im coming back to Garry's mod.
