Explain a situation where it would be appropriate to use the ban command: Mass rule breaking .
If a player is Mass rule breaking like Mass rdm , Spam , Evading punishment , Gagged , muted , Ltaps. ( Length of Ban is according to his recent bans / punishments )

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for Cheating, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?

As its his first time and his Sincere for what his done , I'd first make sure that he isn't lying about anything he said and id decrease the time for his ban or remove it , I will also add high surveillance on him incase he does anything wrong where he will be banned again and not forgiven.


Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 100 words):.
I should be promoted because i'm ready to take on more responsibility as that shows that i'm becoming a better person and beginning to make progress on becoming a leader because with more rank comes more responsibility. If i get promoted i am going to take the responsibilities and tasks that i am given and carry out and perform them to my highest of my ability. I am going to be more motivated and take more initiative to get things done quicker and more efficiently than before. Here are a few flaws that i have found in myself . I need to work on learning my job better and expanding my knowledge of the equipment. i need to keep my attitude to myself . And i need to help other people out more.

Extra Information: (Not Required) Ill be attending this meeting , i hope it doesn't differ from another time .

You have missed quite a bit of activity on last 2 weeks and believe you should have more consistent activity and/or more experience before being promoted.

There are a lot of issues, firstly your activity is quite bad, I think you should be more consistent on that since it is important to be active. Secondly your application seems really rushed for someone who wants to be an Admin. I expect that you go more into detail as it seems rushed. Thirdly at times when I play with you you seem a bit immature still. Work on those aspect harder since you still haven't worked on them from the last time you applied.

Your recent activity is quite bad and there have been quite a few issues with you while you were a moderator. I'm not very sure you can handle the admin rank. Good luck anyways!

Your activity has been quite inconsistent and lacking recently (though you have mentioned why). Your application seems rushed so would suggest going over and trying to add to it. Your attitude could use some improvement after what I have seen today in-game and from past sessions.

Overall, I still think you could use some more experience before even going for admin rank but best of luck!

Owl, you're not at all ready for Admin. Your attitude at times is can be really unbecoming of a staff member, and you can be rather immature when it comes down to it. I think you need more time to actually proven that you should be a member of this staff team before you ever try going for an Admin position.

Owl, Currently I feel you are not ready for the position of Admin. You still have alot of experience you have yet to gain. When you are on sometimes you need assistence and this is one of the main reason why i think staying as mod for a little bit more time would help you.

A reasonable application but has some inconsistent activity recently. Can be immature in-game and has difficulty with moderating sometimes. I would say he needs some more time to get a grasp of things as a mod before moving up to Admin.

Thanks for the feedback @DrConor , @Bezzy , @ Mattors . Ill always try my best . For now ill focus on my attitude and immaturity. I'm Sincere for my recent behavior , they were quite inappropriate for my staff position. Thanks all.
