There are a lot of issues, firstly your activity is quite bad, I think you should be more consistent on that since it is important to be active. Secondly your application seems really rushed for someone who wants to be an Admin. I expect that you go more into detail as it seems rushed. Thirdly at times when I play with you you seem a bit immature still. Work on those aspect harder since you still haven't worked on them from the last time you applied.
