My Verdict: '+Support'
He's a fantastic player in the Server; he has an adequate knowledge of the Rules, RP'ing Expectations, and how to
Moderator and/or Administrate a server. I've discussed this through with him, he seems insubmountably capable. - In my personal opinion; He deserves a chance to prove himself at this, He's priory-acknowledged me at what'd he'd do if he were in <x> position, which makes for interesting overwatch.

NLR means: New life rule. Which means that you don't remember anything from your previous life. In other words you've started a new life.

Don't forget that you also need to wait 3 minutes as well before coming back to your death area; Please give us an example.

What means RDM? Give at least 1 example situation.
RDM: 'RDM' is 'Random-Death-Match'. It's the equivalent of a Psychopathic Killer entering a Public Library and spraying bullets down a corridor at people. And just like that, this is frowned upon highly.

I'd rather use the definition of the rule, that refers to killing people without valid RP reason.

What means metagaming? Give at least 1 example situation.
MetaGaming' means: Using Out-of-Character information to benefit In-Character Situations. Such as; If I were told in 'Steam' where a Bounty is, I could not use it In-Character.

I think you are a bit confused; Metagaming is the usage of In-Character information trough Out-of-Character communication for In-Character benefits.
