He's a fantastic player in the Server; he has an adequate knowledge of the Rules, RP'ing Expectations, and how to
Moderator and/or Administrate a server. I've discussed this through with him, he seems insubmountably capable. - In my personal opinion; He deserves a chance to prove himself at this, He's priory-acknowledged me at what'd he'd do if he were in <x> position, which makes for interesting overwatch.
