Explain how you feel that your time as a Moderator will contribute to you becoming an Admin: During my time as a moderator i have worked with various other members of staff and they have really taught me how to deal situations as an admin.

Explain a situation in which it would be appropriate to use the ban command: If a player had been proven to be exploiting or if that player has at least 11+ Recents.

If you had to write a letter to train a moderator in between 100-200 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?: Dear New Staff Member,
You have been accepted as a moderator for Murder. I will be the staff member training you and be preparing you for your rank. Firstly there are chat commands: Gag Mutes that player from using mic chat until either they are ungagged or the map changes, Mute, This prohibits the player for using text chat until they are unmuted or the map changes, asay will send a message to all currently online staff members. Then there are situations you must deal with such as RDM If an RDM occurs Slay the player with the reason RDM Always have a reason if the player was just killed then Warn them with the !warn command. TMute And TGag are temporary Gag and Termporary Mute. You may not punish ANY other Staff member at all and you must read the staff ethos for yours and the players protection.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for Cheating and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?

Hello Player x, Thank you for making your appeal in such great detail I have looked into it and it seems you are very sorry for your actions. Since this is a first time ban, I will shorten it down to a 3-4 days, but I suggest strongly looking over the server rules To prevent further punishment. Enjoy your time on ZARP


Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 100 words): I believe i should be promoted because i have done a reasonably good job as a Moderator and i believe as an admin i could do even better and help the server out much more and i want to be able to help staff and players enjoy their time on ZARP.

Extra Information: (Not Required): I do have autism and ADHD but I think the other staff have seen that I have handled it well anyway.

Has an official warning

Regardless of whether or not you should have received an official or not, you've definitely made enough mistakes that I think you should rethink how you deal with situations in-game and how you treat users. As staff you need to make sure the users have the best experience you can get them, so try to focus on that before going for a promotion like this one.

Despite having an official warning, he has time on the server and i always see him helping out.
really nice guy, i believe the official should be appealed due to the reason

I think you should wait until next week since official warning appeals are reviewed in the lead team meeting so when we vote for you the warnings will be considered valid.

Personally I believe you need a bit more experience as you seem to rely on other staff members to help with you situations.

Your activity is great, application is okay, however you recently had an accepted report abuse and official warning. I would wait a few weeks to get more experience so you can see how to handle most of the situation as you have not been staff for long. You also tend to ask a lot of questions, which is kinda good because I can see you want to handle a situation well however you should also be confident in your own abilities as staff.
I would recommend just playing, being nice and friendly to all players and always being calm in most situations and gain more experience as Moderator. You can be a great Administrator in the future, you just need more experience.
