Your activity is great, application is okay, however you recently had an accepted report abuse and official warning. I would wait a few weeks to get more experience so you can see how to handle most of the situation as you have not been staff for long. You also tend to ask a lot of questions, which is kinda good because I can see you want to handle a situation well however you should also be confident in your own abilities as staff.
I would recommend just playing, being nice and friendly to all players and always being calm in most situations and gain more experience as Moderator. You can be a great Administrator in the future, you just need more experience.
