Explain "Random Death Match" and give an example scenario: RDM Stands for Random Death Match . When a player kills another player for no valid reason , that stands as RDM . Example " Player X shot Player Y because Player Y was pointing a gun at Player X".

Give three examples of an acceptable KOS and its scenario:
1. If a player shoots and destroys a Detective's health station , that player can be called "KOS".
2. If a player enters the T room , that player can be called "KOS".
3.If you witness a player kill another player , and run past his body without ID-ing him , that player can be called "KOS".

Give two examples of unacceptable KOS and their scenarios:
1.If you find a dead body , for example "Player X Shot by an UZI" , you cannot "KOS" someone near for having an UZI.
2.A player cannot claim a public space and call "KOS" on anyone that enters . Example " Player X has entered the Nether Underworld and claims to "KOS" anyone that enters"

Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 100 words):
I'd like to start by introducing myself , my name is Longshot , and I've been playing Gmod for far too long haha . I've been part of a very few communities , communities where I stayed for lengthy periods of time . Recently , I have decided to move on from the servers I normally player "Serious-RP" servers , and decided to start playing more casual gamemodes. I stumbled across Zarp Gaming about 2 weeks ago . I didn't have that much free time last weeks , as I was very very busy , but now that I've started spending more time in this community I completely love it . It is filled with friendly players , friendly staff (except Dodo <3) .

I would like to become a staff member on this server , as I've spent most of my time in Garry's Mod , staffing on communities , and I fell in love with the job . It gives me great pleasure to be able to keep a game clean , friendly and fun for the people that play . I think I should be picked for the followings .
I am hard working and serious , I always take my job seriously , and always try to avoid doing bad things whilst representing the community as a staff member .
I am also very active , I can play for quite a few hours a day .
I am sociable , I interact with the people , expecially the newer members . I like to make sure they are having fun .
And I genuinely want to help .
I am not 100% sure of this application , as many will call me fairly new , but I just want to start showing my dedication from now on , and I will still play and continue improving even if denied.

As of now you have 1 week of very good activity, we recommend 2 weeks of consistent activity before applying. You also have 3 recent punishments 2 for RDM and 1 freeze from Harry for no reason(polite request to other staff can we stop freezing for no reason ty <3). I could overlook not having 2 weeks of consistent activity or 2 recent punishments but i can't overlook both. I suggest that you continue being active and apply next week, if you have no extra punishments you will have my vote.

Your application is good and it is clear that you have put effort into it however it could be improved. For example, your 2nd acceptable KOS reason could be improved by giving an example scenario, something like Player A watches Player B kill someone and enter the t room, Player A manages to see their name and heads to the nether portal, killing Player B when they come out.

Don't get me wrong i love you my dude you are a great guy to be on teamspeak with even if you are a weeb. You are definitely staff material so i suggest you apply next week when you have more activity and have shown that you understand the rules.

I believe Miia really hit all the points worth mentioning when it comes down to it.

That being said, I wouldn't have a problem with you becoming a staff member this week, as I believe you will really flourish over the next week, and by us stopping you this week by denying you, will only belay the inevitable of what was meant to happen!

Longshot from the short time from seeing you ingame and on teamspeak you have overall been a very nice person who respects everyone who you talks to, Your activity is a good amount of activity for this week although it does not meet the 2 week recommended. My honest opinion is that i think you deserve this i even suggested to you to go for mod and i am glad you did, Goodluck.
