Explain "Random Death Match" and give an example scenario:

Random Death match is a phrase used for when someone randomly kills another player with no reason or exuse

EXAMPLE

Player b goes up to player x and says "stupid base" then shoots him that scenario is what you call RDM

Explain "New Life Rule" and give an example scenario:

New Life Rule is when you do not interect with the district you died in if you are breaking nlr leave that area without interection or role playing. This however does not comply to police when a nuke is being launched.

EXAMPLE

Player A gets killed by a mugger for not giving him cash in the bank district
Then player A runs back to the bank district and shoots the mugger.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:

Player x accuses player y for RDMing him, the console log shows that player y killed player x.

I would have a conversation with both of the players when i check the log and it is correct i would ban player y for a period of time.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:

Player x accuses player y for breaking NLR, the kills are pretty close together in console (a few lines apart) at a peak time.
I would have a conversation with player y if he has solid evidence then let him go but if he has no reason at all give him a warning and if he repeats ban him for a period of time.

Why I should be chosen:

I believe i should be moderator as i would work well with players and the team, im polite and friendly and i love having a laugh. I would take this role very seriously and deal with any problems people have. I love Gmod especcialy Darkrp on your server and it would be a huge honer for me to serve your team. Thanks for reading

Your application lacks a lot of detail in all it's aspects , first of all you forgot to add an example to random death match and new life rule. You really need to add more detail into the "How would you handle the following situations". The why I should be chosen part is OK. Your activity is not the best but you have time to improve on that aspect. People are saying you are very friendly but I can not comment on your recent punishments or perhaps lack of. Explain "New Life Rule" and give an example scenario:

New Life rule is when someone is killed then they relate to a previus life or go back to the place they died

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for RDMing him, the console log shows that player y killed player x.

I would give player y a warning then if he rdms again he would get banned

Player x accuses player y for breaking NLR, the kills are pretty close together in console (a few lines apart) at a peak time.
Give player y a warning then if he breaks nlr again ban him

Just the fact that you dont know the most used and simple rule "new life rule"
shows me that you are not ready at all. You simply havent been playing ssrp for long enough time to know
that NLR does not mean that you have to forget anything from your previous life.

2.3 New Life Rule - Do not return or interact with the district that you died in within three minutes of dying, unless otherwise specified by a different rule. If you died in the spawn district you should leave the district promptly without any role-play interaction.

Police jobs are allowed to break NLR at the PD or when attempting to stop an active nuke or bank raid.

And you dont have enough activity to become a moderator, you need 2 weeks of consistant activity.
And yours, isint that good at all. Playing 10 hours on a gamemode, and then straight applying for a staff position, isint the best idea, considering people having hundreds of hours before applying.
Make sure to acually, read the rules before applying, and get your activity up, and you'll be getting moderator, in no time.

It appears that you have 1 recent punishments for New Life Rule by pegasus, 1 recent warning is not a lot but with the application it shows that you haven't read the New Life Rule or perhaps any of the rules. Please take a look at the rules again before applying! Good luck anyways!
