Your application lacks a lot of detail in all it's aspects , first of all you forgot to add an example to random death match and new life rule. You really need to add more detail into the "How would you handle the following situations". The why I should be chosen part is OK. Your activity is not the best but you have time to improve on that aspect. People are saying you are very friendly but I can not comment on your recent punishments or perhaps lack of. Good luck!
