Dodo, I honestly am surprised that you weren't accepted last time, however my stance on you becoming SA still has not changed in the slightest! Best of luck, I know you'll make a fantastic SA once you're given the opportunity to prove that fact to the others!

I would have supported you, but after seeing the quite immature post on the other applicant's application I personally do not feel you are mature enough to take on the job.

SA's are supposed to remain respectful at all times, especially towards all staff members. That is not the case with you.

Although I have said some rather rude things on Banana's application as well, I did apologise in the end and tell Banana that he can really do it if he actually tries (which, by the way, is true). I do urge you to keep a similar mindset - a Lead Team member that tells the staff below him that he'll do his best to get them demoted is not appreciated and that can even get the Lead Team member in trouble, as has happened to another Super Admin in the past.
