Although I have said some rather rude things on Banana's application as well, I did apologise in the end and tell Banana that he can really do it if he actually tries (which, by the way, is true). I do urge you to keep a similar mindset - a Lead Team member that tells the staff below him that he'll do his best to get them demoted is not appreciated and that can even get the Lead Team member in trouble, as has happened to another Super Admin in the past.
