I've told you repeatedly, Banana, that if you ever want Super Admin you need to step up your game. Your usual response is first apprehensive and then you switch to "Oh, you're right" and pretend to spend your time improving. Then a week later you come to me again and say "I'm ready" without having shown any actual improvement during that week.

How many times have you raged at not get Super Admin? How many times have you not come to meetings and then claim that you have? How many times have we told you to speak more openly during them, yet you continue to keep your mouth shut? How many times have we told you to mature the fuck up and then still not do anything at all to fix yourself?

You're an attention grabbing whore that pretends to have suicide isssues to attract attention to himself. You're not applying because you want the rank, you're applying because you want to be acknowledged by the people within this community. And if you continue that behaviour I'd rather see you leave than see you ever getting a Lead Team rank on any server whatsoever.

I've always believed you can improve, but after the countless lies you've told me I honestly can't give a single fuck anymore. Either fix your shit or get the fuck out.

Raeker im ready to suck you off! Right now right here! This is the only thing I havent said. Let me tell you this guy does anything for attention whether it be drug usage, suicidal thoughts etc. I dont blame him though he is a kid and what I have seen thats how kids act. They act badass and what not to get the respect of older people.

Your own actions and behaviour have consequences that, in this case, lead to borderline hatred and harassment. Although my earlier response was rather extreme the criticique I have raised is legitimate and I urge you to think over what I've said and improve on it. I'm sure you're capable of Lead Team in a few months if you actually step up your game, something I've told you from the start. The way you're going right now I feel like it's better to assume that you should be demoted - I saw LonelyDodo's story on his application and if that is how you act in every situation then I'm honestly unsure how it hasn't happened yet.

If you really have changed (which everyone would doubt, in only 1 week), you wouldn't have applied for SA once again in the first place. You have a lot of points to work on, and even if I'm sick repeating myself, I'll do it because it's my job. Multiple points :

Your activity : it has been proven very recently that you don't do much for the server. Most of the times I connect when you are already on, you are literally AFK. Then you move for like one round, and go AFK again. But you have noticed I have taken the habit of force spectating you, like I do for every other staff member now. It's either you are active, either you aren't. Staffing is not a game.

Your attitude : after your warning, I heard you being polite and stuff in game for like 1 minute. To be honest, I was a bit happy and relieved. Seconds later : you speak about drugs. Bit too much in my taste. You insist. Way too much. And it's on again. "Suicide" is old I guess. Let's talk about drugs and alcohol, and be the cool guy. And once again, you fucking destroy yourself and your chances on getting accepted by people. Why ? I don't know, and I don't care anymore to be honest.

Your leadership skills : with the 2 previous points above, I really don't know how you can possibly gain any credibility from your colleagues. Hell, let's take a look at the previous posts on your application. Even the newest staff members do not believe in you. That old members like myself have issues with you, anyone could understand, you asked for it. But newest members ? You have to take some hindsight for once, and ask yourself what is wrong with your attitude. So, let's be honest, you leading anyone on TTT, no one would ever accept that. But once again, it's your actions that made us go that way, not the other way around.

On a more personnal note buddy, as you tried to confront Raeker about your "suicide" shit. I got in my family, one person extremely close to me that tried to end her days. She almost managed to succeed in it. Do you realize how much pain we have been through after that ? Do you have any idea how much pain she must have had to try to commit suicide ?

You are lame, using this as a way to get attention and people feel sorry for you. You are literally vomitting on people who seriously think about dying because of what happens in their life, and because of some assholes.

This might be a bit unproffesionnal for me as a HA, but I tried, like many others, to help you. I was genuinely scared and worried as fuck the first time you threatened to commit suicide, because I had witnessed that before and it's something you can't forget.
