I've told you repeatedly, Banana, that if you ever want Super Admin you need to step up your game. Your usual response is first apprehensive and then you switch to "Oh, you're right" and pretend to spend your time improving. Then a week later you come to me again and say "I'm ready" without having shown any actual improvement during that week.

How many times have you raged at not get Super Admin? How many times have you not come to meetings and then claim that you have? How many times have we told you to speak more openly during them, yet you continue to keep your mouth shut? How many times have we told you to mature the fuck up and then still not do anything at all to fix yourself?

You're an attention grabbing whore that pretends to have suicide isssues to attract attention to himself. You're not applying because you want the rank, you're applying because you want to be acknowledged by the people within this community. And if you continue that behaviour I'd rather see you leave than see you ever getting a Lead Team rank on any server whatsoever.
